About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Johannesburg, specializing in providing security solutions for mining and energy clients across Southern Africa. If you have a strong understanding of mine sites and enjoy closing new business deals, this role is perfect for you. You will earn a basic salary of R25 000 plus commission, with an OTE of R50 000+, when you perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell security, guarding, monitoring, and risk solutions to mining and energy sites
- Research and contact key decision-makers on mines
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across major sites
- Do site visits, present solutions, and support SLA preparation
- Secure new contracts and grow long-term client relationships
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- 25 years of experience working on mines (operations and/or sales)
- Proven experience selling services or solutions to mining clients
- Strong admin skills with good Excel ability
- Comfortable working in a high-activity sales environment
- Valid driver’s license + reliable car + willing to travel often
