About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing budgets effectively.
- Maintain a call rate of eight visits per day, ensuring strategic pre-call planning and preparation.
- Drive execution excellence through effective stock management, merchandising, shelf compliance, and in-store visibility.
- Build strong relationships with store managers, regional managers, and key stakeholders to maximise shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- Negotiate in-store displays, promotional activities, and retail pricing strategies.
- Monitor and report on promotional performance, sales trends, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with merchandising partners and oversee in-store execution standards.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports with actionable insights for underperforming stores.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product presentation, pricing, and promotional materials.
