Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on SAP IS-U modules and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements. Design and implement solutions to optimize business processes. Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications: Proven experience with SAP IS-U, ideally in utility sector implementations. Strong knowledge of ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience as a Manager and Subject Matter Expert on project solutions, project proposal responses, pre-sales, implementation roadmaps, solution architecture, business blueprinting, data conversion, key-user training, and go-live support. Extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations, and implementation of SAP applications. Expertise in SAP CRB processes includes SAP Device Management, SAP Customer Services, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). Experience in SAP R/3 Materials Management and SAP Solution Manager. Subject Matter Expert in Energy & Utilities industry sector processes (regulation and deregulation) and well versed with Smart Metering / Advanced Metering Infrastructure solutions. SAP Certification
