About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Master Chocolatier / Pastry Chef to join our team at a world-renowned premium chocolate brand with a proud European heritage spanning over 175 years. This prestigious role will uphold the brand’s tradition of craftsmanship while inspiring innovation in every creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft luxury chocolate products, desserts, and pastries that reflect the brand’s heritage of excellence.
- Develop seasonal collections, bespoke creations, and experiential products for retail and events.
- Demonstrate mastery in chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobing, and sculpting.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams on launches, activations, and brand experiences.
- Maintain uncompromising standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
- Train and mentor junior pastry and chocolatier team members.
- Represent the brand at selected events, demonstrations, and workshops as a creative ambassador.
Requirements
- Formal culinary or pastry qualification with advanced chocolatier expertise.
- At least 5 years experience in a fine dining, patisserie, or luxury chocolate atelier environment.
- Proven mastery of chocolate artistry, from pralines and truffles to showpiece creations.
- Creative flair with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- A passion for premium chocolate and commitment to excellence.
