Purpose of the role You will play a critical role in the rollout of SAP S/4HANA in South Africa. Essential to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the advanced system, driving efficient and innovation across our operations Qualifications & experience Bachelor Degree (or equivalent to) supply chain management, business administration, logistics, information systems or a related field Minimum of 5 to 6 years experience SAP supply chain management or procurement transactions Proven track record of implementing SAP solutions Experience in process optimisation and automation Demonstrated ability to work across cross functional teams Extensive experience with SAP system, specifically SAP S/4HANA Proficiency in SAP APO Previous experience in change management and system implementation projects SAP certification in relevant modules Knowledge of emerging supply chain technologies (advantageous) Ability to develop training materials and conduct user training (advantageous) SAP Master Data and SCM functions: Analyse existing SAP processes Focus on APO, Master Data and Customer Management Extend process analysis and improvement Key areas include demand planning and forecasting, inventory management and optimisation, production planning and scheduling, warehouse management and logistics, and supply chain visibility and reporting Identify gaps and inefficiencies Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint areas needing improvement across the entire supply chain Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback Design and implement process enhancements and automation solutions Develop automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing supply chain operations Ensure enhancements align with business goals and improve overall efficiency Collaborate with cross functional teams Document and training Stay updated with best practices Foster continuous improvement Change management Develop strategies to facilitate the adoption of new process Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders Global collaboration Mentorship and knowledge sharing Cross functional initiatives Procurement Functions: Analyse existing SAP processes Extend process analysis and improvement Identify gaps and inefficiencies Design and implement process enhancements Collaborate with cross functional teams Document and training Stay updated with best practices Foster continuous improvement Change management Global collaboration Mentorship and knowledge sharing Cross functional initiatives
