About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Solutions Business Development Representative to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across multiple sectors by building lasting relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and design professionals to understand their security needs
  • Design and deliver tailored security solutions that protect assets, people, and property
  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline to secure new business
  • Represent the company professionally as the face of the brand in the market
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) – mandatory
  • Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle – non-negotiable
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in electronics, technical, or related fields (advantageous)
  • Proven experience in on-the-road sales and pipeline development
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure
