About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Debt Recovery Specialist to join our client’s Credit Risk Solutions team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in debt recovery strategies and techniques, as well as exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effectiveness in operations
- Achieve debt collection targets
- Expert Knowledge of operating system
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage legal files
- Support Credit insurance processes
- Employee engagement, incorporating company values
- Visit debtors as and when required to assess recovery risk, referring to annual financial statements when required.
- Conduct risk assessment visits and visits to assess AFS when capable.
- Utilise knowledge and skills when meeting with relevant stakeholders e.g. Debtors,
Attorneys, Clients, etc.
- Attend and contribute to client visits, including running the meeting under supervision
- Monitor Impact o Insurance Policies
- Manage and report on new and existing legal files
- Ad-Hoc Collection Duties
- Afrikaans language is helpful but not at all a must

Qualifications
NQF/Diploma will be an advantage
3-5 Years Experience within Debt Collection or Credit Control
