About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our digital sales efforts and drive growth for our online store. With a proven track record in scaling e-commerce platforms, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase sales and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase sales and users
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and affiliates
- Optimise the online shopping journey with conversion rate improvements and UX enhancements
- Use analytics to track performance, forecast trends, and identify new growth opportunities
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and vendor relationships to maximise profitability
- Inspire and mentor a dedicated e-commerce team

- Proven track record in scaling e-commerce platforms and driving digital sales
- Expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimisation
