Responsibilities: Prepare accurate, detailed quotations for sea freight (FCL/LCL). Obtain and compare rates from international agents and service providers. Ensure all cost elements (freight, surcharges, local charges, ancillary services) are factored into estimates. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored, cost-effective client solutions. Respond to customer requests for pricing with urgency, accuracy and value-adding insight. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and service providers. Negotiate competitive rates to secure business when required. Manage high volumes of quotation requests with quick turnaround times. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a pricing, estimating, or quotations role within an NVOCC, freight forwarder, or shipping company. Strong understanding of sea freight processes (FCL/LCL). Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests efficiently.
