About the Role
CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Bookkeeper to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company. This includes recording day-to-day financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Assisting with financial reporting
- Preparing Management Accounts / analysis of actuals vs budget
- High Excel proficiency and experience in reconciling and processing large set software data simultaneously in an accurate and efficient manner
Requirements
Grade 12
Relevant Financial Certification (Diploma, Higher Certificate, Degree)
5 years of progressive experience
Proficiency in systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
Able to work independently and as a team to achieve deliverables
Problem solving
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
