About the Role
The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the organisation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely monthly management reporting
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual reporting in line with IFRS
- Support the preparation and finalisation of Annual Financial Statements
- Oversee corporate income tax, provisional tax calculations, and related statutory submissions
- Act as key finance contact during internal and external audits
- Ensure balance sheet integrity, appropriate provisions, and strong financial controls
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Drive financial planning across business units
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective action
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- Minimum 8 years experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
- At least 5 years experience leading and managing a team
- Strong financial reporting and tax exposure
