Job Summary

Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join their team. As an Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

• Code development and architecture based on specifications from the development lead
• Collaborate with fellow developers to ensure efficient and effective development, to write PHP code
• and contribute to defined sprints
• Develop and deploy new features to enhance related procedures and tools, as needed
• Collaborating with the development team to write PHP code and contribute to defined sprints
• Supporting projects by conducting testing, reviewing, and resolving defects as required
• Work closely with the Lead developer and Product Owner to align development efforts
• Design and deliver secure, scalable code to enhance our digital offering
• Backend Unit & Integration testing
• Mentorship of less experienced developers
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Some level of delivery management and prioritisation of features

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Extensive previous experience as a PHP Developer, with Laravel (3+ years)
• Designing, coding, and maintaining applications using best practices
• Knowledge and experience with one or more development methodologies
• Web experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery. 
• Strong user interface knowledge
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team
• Involvement in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining core product software and databases for optimal performance
• and functionality
• Mentorship of less experienced developers

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and robust software applications
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business analysts, UX designers, test engineers, and
• software engineering leads
• Implement front-end and back-end functionalities using modern technologies and frameworks
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
• Passionate about UI development and UX, and able to articulate ideas effectively
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with back-end development using languages such as C#, ASP.NET, and .NET
• Single-Page Application (SPA) development using React, Angular, or Vue
• Database experience with MSSQL, Postgre SQL, or MySQL
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or related field
