About the Role

The Senior Procurement Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, data integrity, risk mitigation, and disciplined process management within procurement operations. This permanent position requires 2-5 years of experience and reports to the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end vendor application process
  • Verify compliance documentation
  • Maintain integrity of the approved vendor panel
  • Administer purchase orders, contract documentation
  • Maintain contract registers and expiry tracking
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies
  • Monitor and oversight of Procurement Manager
  • Issue daily procurement status reports
  • Monitor procurement activities for compliance and risk
  • Identify delays, policy deviations, or performance issues

Requirements

  • Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • Skills in procurement and contract administration
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance
  • Ability to identify and escalate risks
