Job Description

Are you a creative, user-obsessed designer who loves turning complex problems into elegant product experiences? Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital products. What youll be doing Design compelling visual artifacts including UI layouts, interface elements, prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards , and interaction flows. Develop and maintain design elements, specifications, and assets aligned to our design system. Act as a custodian of UI, visual, and interaction design standards , ensuring consistency across products. Research the latest UI, interaction design trends, presentation-layer technologies, and digital best practices , and recommend improvements. Conduct user experience and usability testing , defining clear testing parameters and success metrics. Perform competitor and market research to enhance product features and experiences. Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to deliver effective, innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand scope, requirements, and UX goals. What were looking for Strong experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer in complex digital environments. Proven ability to translate business goals and UX metrics into thoughtful design solutions. Solid understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles . Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams. A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, design thinking, and high-quality execution . Facilitate user experience into the design of products and services and design interfaces to effectively communicate the brand and enrich the customers experience.
