About the Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of an extensive property and facilities portfolio in a leading professional services environment. The role demands both leadership and hands-on execution ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and the delivery of a safe, sustainable, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the firm’s property and lease portfolio, including renewals and negotiations.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and security operations across all offices.
- Lead and motivate property and office services teams, ensuring high standards and responsiveness.
- Prepare and manage property-related budgets and expenditure.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Appoint and manage contractors and service providers for optimal performance and value.
- Support space planning, relocations, and future acquisitions or disposals.
- Embed ESG principles driving sustainability, energy efficiency, and social responsibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on property and operational matters.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification (property, facilities, or related field).
8+ years experience in corporate or professional services property management.
Proven financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Deep understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
