About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contractual basis. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Head HR to drive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling to offer stage
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and engage with candidates
