About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Crayon Technologies Ltd, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, working closely with Delivery Leads to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and identify top technical talent across South Africa, Europe, and beyond. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, contractor management skills, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial briefing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent across regions
- Oversee the sourcing and deployment of contractors for project-based roles
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers on job specs and salary benchmarks
- Stay updated on trends in the Cloud (Azure/GCP) landscape
- Meet KPIs on time to hire, candidate funnel, and placement metrics
Requirements
- A technical tertiary qualification and a background in Development or Engineering
- 5 years in technical recruitment, with both agency and in-house experience
- Deep familiarity with the Azure, GCP, and Databricks stacks
- Proven experience recruiting technical talent in South Africa and other regions
- Strong existing network of technical professionals and contractors
