Johannesburg: Service Bookings clerk

We have a great opportunity for a Booking Clerk with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. Duties: Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing. Preparation of Job Cards, attachment of necessary paperwork (vehicle history and service packages). Answering the customers’ inquiries to improve customer services. Assisting customers with quotations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Booking clerk with a Vehicle dealership. MUST have motor industry experience. Experience working with corporate vehicle brands like Volkswagen, Mazda, Ford, KIA etc. Grade 12. Solid contactable references. Clear criminal record.
