ND/B.Sc.Food Tech/Prod Mngt/AIB Baking Sc; 5+ yrs factory Prod. Control of laminator producing pastry products/donuts in plant Bakery; 3+ yrs working with NC/RCA/TPM/WCM to drive CI.L ead safe Proces/Pack within QC/FS specs/ cost/productivity needs. Oversee line opening/ clearance/ closing/approve Master Proces/ Pack.docs/compliance SAP Proces/stock movement/use/closing orders/ address proces.NC with CAPA/complete Prod reports.Match pack. times to prod.schedule/track usage variances on pack.material/bulk RM.Ensure GMP/ISO/FSSC 22 000 standards met/update 6S methods/Risk Eval/take CA on NC/ensure staff follow cleaning SOPs/adhere to MCS/prepare RM/ batch prep/packing for incoming shift.Cntl staff training/working hours/overtime/optimal use of staff on lines/ discipline/fairness/set objectives/mngt performance/resolve conflict in team.Liaise other departments/lead daily team meetings/liaise all staff.Lead TPM process/follow SOPs/drive CI line productivity/review daily prod.data/ formulate action plans to CI performance/eliminate stops/ liaise Eng./QC/conduct RCAs for stoppages/implement PA/manage variable cost/reduce waste. Ensure equip availability/ breakdown job cards/coordinate maint.activities for Prod.
