About the Role
We are seeking experienced Short-Term Insurance Brokers to join our team in Johannesburg, focusing on Commercial & Personal Lines. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a sustainable new business pipeline, while maintaining strong market and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sustainable new business pipeline
- Conduct professional needs analyses with prospective clients
- Convert self-generated leads into active policies
- Maintain compliant advisory processes
- Achieve monthly written policy targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years face-to-face short-term insurance sales experience
- Commercial and Personal Lines exposure
- RE5 and FAIS compliant qualification
- Proven new business conversion track record
- Regulatory accreditation and compliance understanding
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Ability to generate and manage own leads
