About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Snr Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. As a dedicated debt recovery specialist, you will provide support to Credit Risk Advisors and guidance to the credit risk team to improve customer cashflow and minimise risk by proactively recovering any outstanding debt using a variety of approaches and keeping the customer informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effectiveness in operations
Achieve debt collection targets
Expert Knowledge of operating system
Ensure customer satisfaction
Manage legal files
Support Credit insurance processes
Employee engagement, incorporating company values

Requirements

Three to five years experience in debt collection or credit control.
Two to Three years experience with Credit Insurance.
Must have a basic knowledge of Business rescue and liquidation process and timelines.
Must be able to interoperate fundamentals in a BR or Liquidation report and attend meetings.
Must have basic understanding of AFS.

Qualifications

NQF qualification / diploma or degree will be an advantage.
Experience in a Legal firm will be an advantage.
