Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute solar energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear and transparent communication. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues effectively. Monitor project performance and generate regular status reports for stakeholders. Foster a culture of safety and excellence across all phases of the project. About You: To succeed in this role, youll need to bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for renewable energy. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing solar energy projects or similar renewable energy initiatives. Strong knowledge of solar technologies, installation processes, and industry standards. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning tools. Familiarity with relevant permitting and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not mandatory. Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire teams.
