Key
Responsibilities:
Sales Expertise: Developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for solar energy solutions, particularly within agricultural markets.
Market Analysis: Identifying emerging market trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities in the solar or agricultural sector.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Technical Consultation: Advising clients on solar system solutions tailored to their specific agricultural or commercial needs, including energy-saving strategies.
Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting detailed proposals, including technical and financial aspects, to potential clients.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and installation staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
Training and Support: Providing training and after-sales support to clients, particularly in optimising solar systems for agricultural applications.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all industry regulations and standards in solar installations and agricultural practices.
Budget Management: Preparing budgets for projects and sales activities, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Networking: Representing the company at trade shows, agricultural expos, and solar energy conferences to promote solutions and services.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in solar system sales or relevant experience in the agricultural sector.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage, and related products.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationwide to support clients and expand opportunities.
Education (Preferred): Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
