Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain financial records and support audit processes
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Pastel and/or Omix accounting software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and reporting requirements
