About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our Motor | Parts Industry branch, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Oversee inventory management, financial management, and sales management processes
- Ensure compliance with SA Labour Law and maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Syspro and MS Office
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Branch Manager in the Motor | Parts Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in Syspro and MS Office essential
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Financial Management, Sales Management, and SA Labour Law will be beneficial
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
