Role Overview: As a Stock Controller , you will play a critical role in managing international stock processes and ensuring smooth operations from shipment to invoicing. This position requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Key Responsibilities: International Liaison: Communicate with clients and foreign authorities to ensure compliance with international standards. Documentation: Prepare and manage all paperwork for customs and border authorities. Inspections: Assist in arranging product inspections prior to shipment. Shipping Coordination: Book shipments and manage shipping documents post-dispatch. Stock Management: Issue stock and maintain accurate records on the stock control system. Invoicing: Process invoices for stock transactions. Financial Queries: Collaborate with debtors and creditors regarding shipment-related queries. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet all shipment requirements. (Please note: This list is not exhaustive and may change based on business needs.) Minimum Requirements & Competencies: Valid Matric certificate. Computer literate with advanced Excel skills. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
