About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SysOps Team Lead to design, build and operate a modern Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform that enables efficient, automated and secure IT operations. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving automation, enhancing monitoring capabilities, optimizing toolsets, and leading a technical team to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, Ansible or RMM platforms.
Create and maintain Python scripts to streamline operational tasks.
Optimize and manage toolsets such as N-able, Acronis, Intune, Microsoft MDE, BitDefender, Qualys, Meraki.
Ensure automation and process optimization form the core of service delivery.

Requirements

Strong passion for automation and problem-solving.
Advanced scripting in Python and PowerShell.
Proficiency with Power BI reporting and data visualisation.
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical proficiency across monitoring, toolsets and IT support systems.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)
Power BI Data Analyst Associate
PowerShell Scripting Certification (Microsoft/Pluralsight endorsed)
Cloud Certification: CompTIA Cloud+ OR Azure/AWS Architecture

Salary & Benefits

The salary range is between $120,000 to $160,000 per annum.
