About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading company in Umhlanga, is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating training facilitators, preparing comprehensive training packs, liaising with suppliers, managing weekly payment requests, and handling external moderation applications, as well as renewals and extensions of scope for assessors and moderators.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training facilitators across various locations.
- Prepare and distribute training materials and packs with attention to detail.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of training and office resources.
- Process weekly payment requests and maintain accurate financial records.
- Complete external moderation applications and manage the renewal/extension process for assessors and moderators.
- Assist the business manager with administrative tasks.
- Supervise office staff and oversee daily operations to maintain an organized and professional environment.
- Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Provide support in planning and executing training events and workshops.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar operations or technical role, preferably within the training or education sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and financial record-keeping.
- Familiarity with the SETAs & QCTO processes will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
