About the Role
Managed People Solutions is seeking a Talent & Enablement Manager to join our team in Gauteng. In this role, you will lead and embed group-wide learning, leadership development, and organizational capability, ensuring that employees at all levels are equipped with the skills, behaviors, and development pathways needed to support sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership and management development programmes focused on people leadership, performance, and capability.
- Conduct learning needs analyses across business units.
- Maintain and update capability matrices and development pathways.
- Support individual development plans (IDPs) and career progression initiatives.
- Manage assessment tools and frameworks for development and role readiness.
- Partner with line managers and senior leaders to identify development needs.
- Present learning updates, progress, and insights to leadership forums as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development, Human Resource Development, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 8 years experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Enablement roles.
- 3 years experience in a senior or lead L&D role with delivery accountability.
- Proven experience delivering companywide learning programmes.
- Experience working in multi-entity or group environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in L&D, HRD, OD, Leadership Development, or similar (advantageous).
- Certification in Facilitation, Coaching, Learning Design, or Change Management (advantageous).
- HPCSA registration (advantageous).
