Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client, a leading logistics solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join their team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all tax-related activities within their organization, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Manage all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, and audits
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with external tax advisors and government tax authorities
Analyze financial statements and provide tax-related advice and recommendations

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Strong knowledge of International tax laws and regulation
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Postgrad in Taxation is Preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
Experience with logistics or supply chain industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
