Hire Resolve’s client, a leading logistics solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join their team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all tax-related activities within their organization, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Manage all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, and audits
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and government tax authorities
• Analyze financial statements and provide tax-related advice and recommendations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge of International tax laws and regulation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Postgrad in Taxation is Preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
• Experience with logistics or supply chain industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
