Johannesburg: Transformation Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data across all elements and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Prepare, maintain, and track audit files and support documentation for the annual B-BBEE verification. Liaise with internal stakeholders and verification agencies to ensure that deadlines are met. Develop audit reports, scorecards, and recommendations. Assist with planning and monitoring transformation projects and targets. Maintain accurate B-BBEE records and certificates. Compile Corporate Social Investment (CSI) data and prepare reporting packs. Manage learner administration, including registration, attendance, and progress tracking. Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for Steercom and Social & Ethics Committees. Qualification and Skills Required: National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics). Degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 3 years experience in transformation, B-BBEE verification, and Employment Equity. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office. Knowledge of personnel administration is advantageous. Sound understanding of: The B-BBEE Act and Amended Codes of Good Practice; Skills Development Act; Employment Equity Act; and Verification processes and audit procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Accuracy and data integrity focused. Deadline driven and able to manage multiple priorities. Job Description

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to drive transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Transformation: Consolidate and validate the B-BBEE scorecard data across all business units. Develop interim and final scorecards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and maintain all supporting documentation for audit and verification purposes. Coordinate annual verification processes and liaise with verification agencies. Monitor and report on progress against transformation targets. Assist with the implementation of transformation projects and plans. Compile and maintain Corporate Social Investment (CSI) reports and other transformation-related documentation. Maintain accurate filing and administrative records. Skills Development: Compile and maintain group-wide skills development data. Validate information to ensure accuracy and compliance during interims and pre-verification. Enterprise & Supplier Development: Coordinate the collection of enterprise and supplier development data. Maintain accurate records of all beneficiaries to meet group targets. Employment Equity: Coordinate National Transformation Committee meetings and compile related documentation. Prepare Employment Equity reports (EEA2 and EEA4) for submission. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Employment Equity Plan. Assist with Department of Labour audits and ensure compliance across operations. Maintain accurate records of Committee appointments, resignations, and reports. HR Dashboard: Consolidate and analyse monthly HR dashboard data from business units. Compare results with previous dashboards and highlight trends or discrepancies. Submit final consolidated dashboards to Central Services monthly. Service Delivery & Compliance: Continuously improve service delivery, streamline processes, and reduce turnaround times. Ensure compliance with all company policies, statutory requirements, and delegations of authority. Support management with ad hoc projects and reporting requests. Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics). Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience & Skills: Minimum of 3 years experience in transformation, including verification and employment equity. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Solid understanding of B-BBEE legislation, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, and Employment Equity Act. Personnel administration experience will be advantageous. Behavioural Competencies In-depth understanding of B-BBEE, EE, and SETA processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Analytical, organised, and deadline-driven. Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities. Customer service oriented with a proactive approach. Apply Now! Job Description

Transformation Analyst Location: East Rand – Flexible / Hybrid Work Arrangement This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with B-BBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development legislation while contributing to meaningful transformation initiatives that make a real difference. Duties: Transformation & B-BBEE: Consolidate and analyse B-BBEE scorecard data across all business units. Prepare interim scorecards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with targets. Coordinate annual B-BBEE verification audits and liaise with verification agencies. Prepare verification files, reports, and recommendations for management. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of transformation projects and scorecards. Maintain records, documentation, and reports for audit and compliance purposes. Capture and validate data related to B-BBEE certificates, supplier information, and learner progress. Compile Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and Social & Ethics reports. Skills Development: Compile and maintain accurate skills development data for the group. Validate and verify information through sampling during interim and final audits. Enterprise & Supplier Development: Collect and coordinate all Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) data. Maintain accurate beneficiary records to ensure compliance and target achievement. Employment Equity: Serve as the Secretary for the National Transformation Committee. Coordinate all Employment Equity activities and documentation. Compile EEA2 and EEA4 reports and support Department of Labour audits. Monitor and report on EE progress against plan and targets. Assist with the preparation, implementation, and tracking of the EE Plan. Ensure compliance across all operations and subsidiaries. HR Dashboard & Reporting: Consolidate HR dashboard data monthly and analyse trends. Provide insights and reports to HR Managers and Central Services. Ensure that all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Service Excellence: Continuously improve transformation processes, turnaround times, and data accuracy. Provide excellent internal customer service and proactive communication. What Youll Bring: Qualifications: National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years experience in transformation, B-BBEE verification, and employment equity Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Knowledge of B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, and Employment Equity Act Experience in personnel administration or HR systems (advantageous) Behavioural Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and numerically strong Deadline-driven with the ability to manage complexity Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organised and proactive Passionate about transformation and continuous improvement
