About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, tendering, and project management, with a proven track record of success on large commercial, civil, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tenders for construction projects
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost savings
  • Develop and maintain accurate estimates and budgets
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery
  • Analyze and report on project costs, including variations and disputes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English (language proficiency)
