Requirements:

Design and develop electrical transmission systems, including high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and transformer stations. Perform detailed electrical load flow, short circuit analysis, and stability studies for power transmission and transformer systems. Develop specifications and standards for high-voltage equipment (e.g., circuit breakers, transformers, conductors). Lead the design, installation, and testing of 765kV transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of transformer systems and related equipment. Oversee the operation and technical evaluation of transformer performance, ensuring optimal functionality. Ensure the seamless integration of transformers and transmission systems into existing infrastructure. Supervise the testing and commissioning of new transformer installations and 765kV transmission systems. Conduct detailed diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to resolve any issues with transformer systems and high-voltage transmission equipment. Minimum BEng in electrical engineering. The candidate needs to be registered with ECSA as an Electrical Engineer.
