About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across international markets for our luxury travel business. As a results-driven sales leader, you will have a passion for luxury travel and Africa, and be eager to represent the brand at major international trade shows and sales events.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth across bed nights and DMC sales
Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets
Represent the brand at major international trade shows and sales events
Develop, present, and follow through on compelling sales proposals
Build and manage strong relationships with key global clients and suppliers
Lead, mentor, and support Market Sales Teams to enhance performance
Identify new sales leads and penetrate target markets

Requirements

Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics
Extensive experience in supplier relationship management
Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices is an advantage

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in a luxury inbound travel environment
At least 2 years proven Sales Management experience
