Job Summary
Requirements:
Relevant graduate degree specific to Law, Accounting, Tax, or Financial Planning.3 or more years of experience as an independent Trust Officer.Managed at least 60 trust clients.Extensive knowledge of the Trust Property Control Act.Thorough understanding of the Income Tax Act, Tax Administration Act, and Estate Duty Act.Experience in estate planning (local and offshore) (Advantageous).Knowledge of exchange control matters (Advantageous).
