Job Description
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that values talent development. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Learner Typist. This role is part of a 12-month learnership program, and we are looking for an individual eager to gain practical experience in a recruitment environment.
Responsibilities:
CV Typing and Formatting:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to transcribe candidate CVs from various sources.
- Ensure accurate and efficient typing of CVs, adhering to established formatting guidelines.
Alignment with Interview Notes:
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to align candidate CVs with interview notes and feedback.
- Edit and refine CV content to accurately reflect candidate qualifications and experience.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of typed CVs to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure that all CVs meet quality standards and present candidates in the best possible light.
Data Entry:
- Enter candidate information accurately into the recruitment CRM.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of candidate CVs and related documents.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
