Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the warehouse and store, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials
- Supervise warehouse and store staff, providing leadership, training, and support as needed
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and inventory management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse and store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the industrial manufacturing industry
- 3+ Years experience with refrigeration manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
