We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer – Conveyor Systems to support the design, installation, and optimization of conveyor and material-handling equipment across our facilities and projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated conveyor lines used in manufacturing, logistics, mining, or processing environments.
? Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for conveyor equipment, including power distribution, motor control, and automation interfaces.
• Prepare drawings and documentation such as single-line diagrams, control schematics, cable schedules, and panel layouts.
• Select motors, VFDs, sensors, PLC I/O, and protection devices based on system requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of conveyor control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and analyze downtime issues to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical, automation, and project teams on conveyor system integration.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, electrical codes, and industry best practices.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and provide technical support to site teams and contractors.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, reports, and asset records.

? Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience with conveyor systems in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, mining, food processing, or warehousing.
• Knowledge of motor control circuits, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and industrial sensors.
• Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and produce electrical drawings (AutoCAD/EPLAN).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
