Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant-level financial reporting in line with IFRS & GAAP standards
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, driving insights for smarter decision-making

• Partner across departments to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Represent the plant with confidence in front of auditors and uphold compliance with laws, SOX, and company policies

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• Studying CIMA would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational environment
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or mining is preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, SOX, GAAP & IFRS
• Analytical thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills
