Reservations Agent | Luxury Game Reserve | Kalahari Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Reservations Agent to join the Sales & Marketing Department at Kalahari Reserve. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless, accurate, and personalised reservation processes, reflecting Tswalu’s values and commitment to conservation-led hospitality. Role Summary As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, travel partners, and agents. You will manage enquiries, build itineraries, and support guests through every stage of their journey — from initial contact to arrival — ensuring exceptional service and operational accuracy.
