About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a high-end 5* Game Lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving the department to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

- Provide strong management and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations.

- Plan and organize effectively to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Housekeeping Management experience in a 5 star boutique operation or Big 5 reserve with in a similar lodge environment.
- Budget & Stock Control Experience (Room Division or Front of House Experience) – a plus.
- Hospitality and Service training experience – a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly package – negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
- Live-in position with meals on duty.
- Pension fund.
- Staff Lodge Nights.
- Work cycle – 21 days – 7 days off.
- Annual leave – 15 days.
