Job Description
• Electrical advice and guidance.
• Electrical/Instrumentation design reviews (all design houses).
• Responsible to arrange and conduct review meetings with mine engineers for approval/construction sign off.
• Assist PM with tender adjudication electrical/Instrumentation technical.
• Electrical/instrumentation schedule reviews.
• Reporting on progress.
• Report on slippages daily and manage contractor recovery plan and escalate issues.
• Issue instructions to contractor as deemed necessary and communicate to PM/Vivian.
• Quality control electrical/instrumentation and signoff phase 2 and 3 punch documentation.
• Commissioning as per site standards and specifications.
• Handover documentation and sign off on electrical and instrumentation works.
2.Construction Management Site related:
• Site control contractor.
• Material control/process control.
• Site supervision.
• Reporting on progress.
• Escalating poor performance/progress.
• Witness and sign off equipment testing e.g. meggar /loop tests.
• Quality control electrical/instrumentation and signoff phase 2 punch documentation.
