About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Import and Export Operations Co-ordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping operations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments
- Manage documentation and compliance with relevant regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers and logistics providers
- Analyze data to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in the shipping industry
- Matric (Grade 12) level computer literacy in Excel
