About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading mining company based in the Northern Cape, is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent (Earth Moving Equipment) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earth moving equipment supervision and a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.

Requirements
- Artisan Trade Test
- N4 Certificate in Engineering
- Supervisory Certificate or Equivalent
- Planned Maintenance Certificate (advantageous)
- Leadership Certificate / MDP (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified artisan and minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor/project leader
Qualifications
- Artisan Trade Test
- N4 Certificate in Engineering
