About the Role
Internet Express Couriers in Kempton Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our support team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with our clients, building brand loyalty, and driving customer satisfaction to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day support operations
- Lead training sessions for new hires
- Analyze customer feedback and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Courier & Warehousing Industry (Domestic & International)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong administration and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Superior knowledge on ShipLogic or similar software
Qualifications
- Matric / Gr 12 (Certified Customer Experience Professional is beneficial)
- Bcom in Business Management an advantage
- Certified Customer Experience Professional certification is an added advantage
