About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Manager to lead our support team at Internet Express Couriers in Kempton Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating seamless interactions that build brand loyalty and elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions

Requirements
- Matric / Gr 12 (Certified Customer Experience Professional is beneficial)
- BCom in Business Management an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Courier & Warehousing Industry (Domestic & International)
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Own reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
- Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
