Qualifications Matric Requirements Proven administrative experience (preferably in town planning, legal, engineering, or municipal processes – this is not a formal requirement). Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable). Computer literate (MS Office; accurate typing and data entry) Duties Manage, prepare, and track service agreements and related documentation. Conduct in-person follow-ups at municipal and council offices. Maintain accurate records, logs, and internal tracking systems. Liaise with council officials, clients, consultants and internal team members professionally. Perform general administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document control. Ensure tasks are completed timeously with minimal oversight. Identify delays or issues and escalate when necessary. Assist with additional administrative duties as required
