Duties & Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily site operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company, client and safety requirements.
• Manage payroll, timesheet, and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspection and prepare progress reports.
• Act as a liaison between management, employees and client.

Requirements & Qualification

• Nation Senior Certificate
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and a local language.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the recruitment industry, experience in payroll processes and good people management skills.
• Need the relevant knowledge of the Mining Sector.
