Final Assembly Production Manager Boating IndustryKnysna, WCR 50 000 We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Final Assembly Production Manager to lead the assembly, production, and technical quality of boats and marine equipment. Diploma in Project, Production, or Operations Management Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background is a plus5+ years experience in boat manufacturing or a similar industryStrong knowledge of boat construction, materials, and systemsFamiliarity with CAD software, production scheduling tools, and quality control systemsProven leadership and team management skillsSolid problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilitiesKnowledge of marine safety and environmental regulationsProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP)Experience with lean manufacturing principlesHands-on experience with fiberglass, aluminum, or composite boat buildingUnderstanding of marine industry supply chain and logisticsPlease forward your CV to Protea Placements
