The Technical Sales Consultant role at Profile Personnel requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Knysna. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of technical products or services, excellent customer engagement skills, and the ability to craft compelling proposals. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how solutions can address customer needs
- Building relationships with potential and existing clients to understand challenges and requirements
- Crafting tailored proposals that highlight the value and relevance of products to customers’ specific situations
- Providing technical assistance during sales processes, helping clients understand intricacies of products
- Collaborating with sales representatives to strategize and implement effective sales tactics
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Offering training sessions for clients post-sale to ensure they can effectively utilize products
