Job Requirements:

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the technical products or services offered, including specifications, features, and benefits.

Customer Engagement: Building relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and requirements.

Demonstrations and Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the solutions can address customer needs.

Proposal Development: Crafting tailored proposals that highlight the value and relevance of the products to the customer’s specific situation.

Technical Support: Providing technical assistance during the sales process, helping clients understand the intricacies of the product.

Collaboration with Sales Team: Working closely with sales representatives to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.

Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Training and Support: Offering training sessions for client’s post-sale to ensure they can effectively utilize the products

Minimum requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Sales & Marketing Certificate would be advantageous
