About the Role
Aim Personnel is seeking an experienced Test Baker to join our team in Krugersdorp. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various bakery processes and be able to adapt recipes and troubleshoot baking challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, demonstrate, and share information with all levels of staff
- Interact with customers and colleagues
- Troubleshoot baking challenges and implement solutions
- Adapt recipes for commercial production
- Plan, organise, lead, and control bakery operations
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the baking industry
- Commercial bakeries experience required
- Strong understanding of various bakery processes (bread, pastry, confectionary)
Qualifications
- West Rand Baking qualification (if applicable)
