About the Role

Aim Personnel is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Krugersdorp. As a Test Baker, you will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on our baked goods and contributing to the development of new recipes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks on commercial bakery products
• Adapt recipes and troubleshoot baking challenges
• Train, demonstrate, and share information with all levels of staff
• Plan, organise, lead, and control baking operations
• Interact effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the baking industry
• Commercial bakeries experience required
• Strong understanding of various bakery processes, including bread, pastry, and confectionary commercial production
• Excellent business English, communication, and written skills

Qualifications

• West Rand Baking qualification (if applicable)
